I had silicone put in over 10 years ago, and back then, when I didn’t really know much about plastic surgery, I just went ahead and got nose surgery…… My original nose was definitely not low either; if anything, the bone in the middle protruded and it was a big nose, so I don’t know why I did it. When I later had the silicone removed, it turned out a 5 mm one had been put in After removing it, it looks much more natural.
