I removed the silicone and had it done without an implant, and autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. Can it be reused?? I had my first surgery at the end of February and I’m thinking about revision surgery in December.. Please, if anyone knows, tell me. I’m so depressed I should’ve just done it without an implant During consultations, two places recommended no implant, so I think I do have some nasal bridge height
