I had the nasal tip septal support and ear cartilage removed. Other people don’t seem to have severe bruising after removal, but I bruised as if I had nose surgeryㅜㅜ It’s been 6 days. I did end up falling asleep with my head bowed while trying to sleep sitting up, so that may be one reason the bruising got worse the next dayㅎ ㅠㅠ Are there others like this? Before surgery, a staff member saw me crying, looked surprised, pulled out tissues for me, and told me not to cry, saying that if I cried, either bruising or swelling, I can’t remember which, would come on badly. They also asked whether I had cried a lot the day before surgery, saying that if I went into surgery with my face swollen, my face would swell a lot…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
