It’s been one month since I had nose surgery

<Before nose revision><After nose revision>I had my first nose surgery three years ago, but the implant was visible and my nose was crooked, so I went to get revision surgery. Maybe it’s because I only talked about the implant showing and didn’t mention the crooked nose, but now it’s been one month since the revision and the crooked nose hasn’t improved at all.. Also, the area of my nose that I guess you’d call between the nostrils used to be very straight and flat, but they extended it so it looks long, and it became an arrow-shaped nose. So my midface looks longer too, and I’m stressed. I thought my nose shape was pretty, so I only needed the height slightly raised, but they put the implant into an unnecessary area too and made it look strange. I naturally thought that since all I needed was more height, the chance of failure would be lower, so I didn’t shop around and just went to a famous clinic in Gangnam.. From the start, they pulled the nasal tip point downward, so my nose looks long. The doctor said to see them after 6 months, but I didn’t even talk about the crooked nose. I’m so stressed about it becoming an arrow-shaped nose.. If they say they’ll do a revision for me here, would it be right to get it done there.. Since it’s crooked from the start, I think they’d have to remove the entire implant and operate again, but they already used ear cartilage, so can ear cartilage be reused?? Most of all, I don’t trust them because I’m afraid that if I get revision surgery, they’ll operate in a way that makes it look protruding again.. I like the side profile of my nose..
