I had chin advancement and nose surgery at Shures, and this is my one-year follow-up review. The doctor seems to have excellent aesthetic judgment regarding facial contouring, and I am highly satisfied with the chin advancement. My double chin, which even Ultherapy could not resolve, improved considerably, and my side profile became much more three-dimensional. The nose surgery did turn out natural, but I told them I wanted only a tip procedure using the septum, without silicone. They said nothing until before surgery, but during the operation they suddenly added silicone to the bridge and completed the surgery. I found out after waking from anesthesia, so I was very taken aback. From a professional perspective, I wonder whether this could not have been predicted in advance or whether the post-operative appearance could not have been anticipated. I never wanted an artificial implant from the beginning, so I plan to have it removed. In conclusion, I recommend the chin advancement because I have heard reviews that it improved my impression. They seem to specialize in facial contouring. The nose became so natural that nobody around me can tell, so I recommend it for people whose ideal is naturalness.
