For my first surgery, I had donated costal cartilage + silicone, and for revision I had autologous costal cartilage + silicone at Cheoeumcheoreom at the end of February. Today is day 33. Even before any surgery, my nose was blunt and spread out, maybe because it had a lot of fat. When I had my first surgery, I said I hated that and that it stressed me out how my nose spread more and looked bigger when I smiled, but there was absolutely no improvement It just felt like only the bridge line had been raised from my original nose shape. And as time passed, maybe because it was extremely high at first, as the swelling went down and it settled, the line lowered and the nasal tip also looked like it had dropped. This time, when getting revision surgery, I begged the director to make it slim and glamorous? natural-glam? that kind of feeling, showed review photos, and really tried hard to explain what I wanted. It has been 33 days, and I really, really like my nose now. From the front, it looks slim, my nose does not look upturned, and they made it just like the nose shape I wanted. The nose line will drop more anyway as the swelling goes down, so I’m going to keep watching it. After 6 months, that should be the nose that stays, right? Is there a big difference between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage in how much the nasal tip drops? Among everyone who had surgery with donated costal cartilage and then revision with autologous costal cartilage, can some pretty person tell me what the condition was like after 6 months~
