Hello. I had surgery with silicone in the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage in the nasal tip, but after the surgery my nose looks long and my image has changed, so I'm stressed. If you only look at the nose, it's not bad, but I don't think it suits me. I'm currently 6 months post-op. The foreign-body sensation is also severe, and somehow I look older. I had it done at a famous one-doctor rhinoplasty clinic, and I had surgery at that hospital 3 times in a row. It looks too artificial and makes my nose look long, so each time I had it lowered, but it still looks artificial. Could I get information on places that are good at removal? What method is used? If I remove it, will everything collapse?
