This time I made up my mind and went through with the surgery. While doing legwork and looking into various places, I found a plastic surgery clinic famous for nostril reduction and had it done there!! The consultant and director both explained every single thing really well and told me exactly only what I needed!! I felt my nostrils were the most urgent, so I had nostril reduction surgery!! It looks natural, and people one by one all say they got smaller and that I look somehow more sophisticated. I'm very satisfied now I really recommend it.
