After setting the surgery date, the consultant helped me in detail and very kindly even before the surgery. They also provided thorough postoperative care, and even though I personally worry a lot and tend to be very sensitive, the consultant really kindly answered every single thing with care.
I had hump nose correction without implants, and it has now been a little over 1 month. People around me keep telling me, almost to the point that it feels overwhelming, that it was such a good decision to get my nose done and that it looks very natural and pretty. I’m also really proud and satisfied to hear that it looks pretty. Personally, I’m satisfied too, and I really think I did the right thing. To be honest, for the first week after doing it, it was so hard that I regretted it, but now, except for a little swelling at the nasal tip, it feels completely like my own nose, so I’m really happy!
As for pain, it didn’t hurt, but it felt numb and tingling. As for the level of discomfort, right after surgery my mouth was dry, and because of the cotton packing inside my nose, it was unbearably hard until day 2. But after the nasal packing was removed, daily life gradually improved, and from the moment the splint was removed at 1 week, the swelling went down a lot. I think from 2 weeks after surgery, my nose no longer looked awkward.
