Before surgery I have a body type where my upper body is thin and my lower body has more flesh, but whenever I dieted, my already nonexistent breasts would shrink even more, so it was so stressful.. So after only thinking about it for years, I reached my late 20s.. I thought, I can’t put this off any longer! Let’s wear a bikini once before thirty. So for a month, day and night, I searched apps and cafes, and that’s how I found Girin Plastic Surgery. Looking at the reviews, Director Song had a long career, the breast shape looked natural, you only needed to wear an upper band, and first of all! this place had the most painless reviews. Since I had to rest only 3 days and then go to work, recovery was the most important thing, so I had already decided on this place before going for the consultation!
Consultation They took me right away at my reservation time without waiting, and neither the consultant nor the director pressured me at all to choose other implants. When I said I had come thinking of Mentor Smooth, they explained only Mentor Smooth well. And the director seemed to value safety a lot rather than just insisting on going as big as possible. They said that for my body, with Mentor Smooth Moderate, the maximum was 285, and with High, up to 350 could fit. I had a lot of concerns about size, but rather than firmly recommending one, it felt like they let my opinion decide absolutely. At first, I went without thinking of making them very big, but when I actually touched implants under 300, they felt smaller than I expected.. Moderate seemed a bit too natural, and High had a rocket-launch feeling... But they said once the implant goes into the body, it will look smaller, so I thought, if I’m going to regret it, I might as well put in a bigger size! I debated between High 325 and 350, and in the end decided on 350 on the day of surgery (Luckily, the consultant had ordered both sizes, so I could think about it until the day of surgery)
Day of surgery On the day of surgery, there was no waiting either. I washed my face right away, received surgical instructions from the director, and went into the operating room. The anesthesiologist came in, greeted me, and I fell asleep right away. The surgery was at 12:30, and I think it took about 3~4 hours including recovery. As soon as I opened my eyes in the recovery room, sure enough, I’d hit the painless jackpot!! It didn’t hurt much. It was just like the degree of muscle soreness the day after an intense chest workout?.... But the nipple sensation felt more sensitive, should I say..? Then I briefly looked inside the gown and there were two acorns..... lololol The shape is still funny, and the upper pole fullness is no joke, so I think I’ll need to work hard with the upper band from now on The nurse went to the bathroom with me once, and they said I could be discharged, so I left with the pain-control injection attached, got my prescription, took the bus, and got home safely. Also, I saw a lot of posts saying the bus jolting on the way home is death, but I was okay! And I think I did well choosing the larger size too. Once the swelling goes down from here, it will get smaller, so if I had done 325, I probably would’ve regretted it..? Even after getting home, there wasn’t anything especially uncomfortable.. Hmm, just the inconvenience of having to carry the pain-control injection around when changing clothes or going to the bathroom?.. I could do most things as long as I didn’t overdo it! If it was going to be this painless, I regretted not doing it sooner when I was even a little younger.
Day 2~Week 1 I came home and tried to sleep, but if I sat, my butt hurt; if I lay down, my back hurt. I kept lying down and getting up on repeat and couldn’t sleep a wink. My breasts were much more swollen than on the day of surgery, but because the pain-control injection was inserted, it didn’t hurt. From day 3, I slept soundly lying down, and after definitely sleeping well and waking up, I felt like I had recovered a bit more. But the swelling moved down to my abdomen, so my waistline completely disappeared, I gained 3 kg, and became a whole block of Spam As for pain, maybe because sensation was gradually coming back or because the pain-control injection was removed, overall I developed a bruised feeling, and my nipples became more sensitive, so it hurts even if they just brush against something It’s like I hit the painless jackpot but also not quite, somewhere in between.. But it’s tolerable pain! I started work from day 5, but I kept getting short of breath while working, and using my arms was hard too.. If you have the time, I think resting for a week before returning to work would be best; longer would be even better. At one week, I went to the hospital, had the stitches removed, the director checked my progress, and I received aftercare with a pack and regenerative laser before going home. After getting the pack and LED, the pain definitely decreased.
Week 1~Week 3 After a week passed, the swelling went down a lot, and I actually lost 1 kg more than my original pre-op weight. My breasts are also gradually losing that rocket-launch look as the upper pole fullness comes down, becoming more natural, and the feel and shape are getting better day by day. There is almost no pain now, but only briefly in the morning when I get up after lying down, I feel like the lower left breast is tearing. On days when I overuse my arms, it gets sore from my armpit to my breast. When that happens, lying down to rest or taking a warm shower makes my condition better. I think I’ll need to be careful until the one-month mark!
