I finally got the breast surgery I’d only been thinking about for a long time yesterday, so I’m going to write a review haha

Consultation To be honest, I only went for consultations at two places that were famous and that I liked among the ones that popped up on the app, so I don’t think I have much to say about the clinics in detail. The reason I chose this clinic out of the two was that the consultant was very kind during the consultation and explained things well, and there was absolutely no pressure about implants, which I had been worried about! I also had my consultation with a female director-! Because I wanted a natural look, I originally said I wanted about a full B, but the consultant said I’d regret it if I went for around a B, and said she herself was a D, so she recommended around a C. Since I’d never been big before, I wondered, “Wouldn’t a C be too big?” and tested the sizes one by one, but I liked it best when 375 was inserted. They said that would come out around a C to full C, so I scheduled the surgery date that same day and left.
Day of surgery On the day, I wasn’t nervous at all, to the point that I wondered if I was really having surgery today. I saw the director one last time and decided the size, and they informed me that since I had slight breast asymmetry, different sizes might be inserted on each side. I hadn’t been nervous at all, but once I stood in front of the operating room, I started shaking like crazy I went in, they secured my hands and feet and told me to take deep breaths, and I fell asleep right away. When I woke up, the surgery was over, and my chest area felt tight. I was lying in the recovery room trying to come to, but they told me I shouldn’t sleep, and I think that was the hardest thing to endure (If you’re thinking about surgery, make sure to sleep well the night before) Once the anesthesia wore off a bit, the chest compression and pain were so severe, and my epigastric area especially hurt a lot. I don’t think it was painless. I rested for about 3 hours, then took the subway home by myself. When I got home, I was breaking out in a cold sweat and felt so exhausted, so I slept a bit, ate porridge, barely managed to take my medication, kept lying down, then woke up, took Tylenol, and I think I slept restlessly.
Today is day 1 after surgery, and maybe because I’m getting used to it, it was more bearable than yesterday. It’s still a bit hard when getting up, but I cooked and ate well, and I went for about a 2 km walk. Yesterday in the recovery room, they said I didn’t have much swelling, but when I looked today, I did have some abdominal swelling My weight was also up by about 3 kg. Tomorrow is the day I take off the bandages, and I hope it hurts a little less tomorrow
