In my opinion, the reviews for ㅇㄴㅁㄷ seemed the best, so I made an appointment right away and went for a consultation. The consultant explained various things in detail, and then I consulted with the director right away. They specifically told me only the surgeries that would suit and fit my face best, and said I should not do anything more than that, so I did not even feel like going to consultations at other hospitals. I thought I should do it at this hospital and scheduled the surgery date immediately.
I did four things: nostril-base reduction + improvement of alar drooping (lifting the nasal wings) + insertion of dissolvable threads so the nostril line would straighten prettily (I do not remember the name) + columella graft (artificial dermis). Originally, the director said I did not necessarily need to do the columella, but I wanted a prettier nose shape, so I did the columella together too.
The surgery took 30-40 minutes, and it was done under local anesthesia. Other than the anesthetic injections, nothing hurt. I could go back to daily life right after the surgery, and the stitches were not very visible, so I wore a mask and went around here and there. But the one inconvenient thing was not being able to wash my face.
Before surgery, I worried a lot about scars, but once it actually healed, the scar looked like a shadow so it was not very visible, and when I wear makeup it really does not show, so I am satisfied.
People around me did not notice at all that I had nostril-base reduction. Their reactions were just like, “You look a bit prettier these days, but I do not know what changed. Did you change your makeup?” Even if people around me do not notice, I can see that my nose shape changed, so I am very satisfied. I am really looking forward to my nose shape becoming even prettier once it settles!!!
