Finally 3 weeks (22 days) after revision rhinoplasty and facial contouring!!!

Before before after now it’s been about 3 weeks, and when it hurt, there were times I wondered why I did this, but now that the swelling is gradually going down, all I can think is why didn’t I do it sooner lololololol For the first time, looking in the mirror has become fun, and I really didn’t like taking photos, so even taking 10 selfies a year was a lot for me, but these days I think I always take at least 3 a day!!!! And when I had my nose done before, I just went to get the stitches removed and that was it, so I felt a bit anxious, but this time at the clinic, for the first week I went almost every day to get injections and have them check my progress, so it was nice that I could ask whatever I was curious about right away lololololololol Honestly, I was really worried because I did facial contouring and nose surgery together lololololol Since I don’t live in Seoul, it was a bit hard, but I went really diligently with the mindset that this would be my last surgery and thought of things I wanted to ask before going. After surgery, it doesn’t just end there; more and more questions kept coming up lolololol Among them, I was most curious about the stitches inside my mouth, because they were uncomfortable when eating, and I had heard that it hurts a lot when they cut the stitches and that swelling goes down better if you remove them, so I was curious. They said the stitches were dissolvable, so it was okay not to remove them, but since I heard swelling goes down better, I was thinking of asking them to remove them when I went in the second week. But really, by the second week almost all of them had dissolved, and except for about two that were removed, they had all dissolved, and those two didn’t hurt either. For my nose too, in the second week the doctor came, checked the osteotomy areas, told me about the wound areas and precautions, and I had a lot of questions so I asked a lot, and they answered everything, so I guess I felt relieved? Since my nose was a revision surgery, I was even more anxious. My first surgery really wasn’t the nose I wanted, and even apart from what I wanted, it was a strange nose.... Now, considering I had osteotomies, I barely had any bruising, so maybe that’s why it feels like most of the swelling in my nose is gone, and for facial contouring, now it’s like I’m holding hard candy in my mouth? Though that might be because I gained weight.... lolol The consultant definitely told me I wouldn’t be able to eat after facial contouring and told me to eat a lot, so I ate a ton before facial contouring, but after eating one meal a day, I intentionally ate 3 meals because I thought I needed to eat well, and then I gained weight, so now I’m dieting. I think the only time I couldn’t eat because of pain was about two days after discharge?? After that I started eating rice right away, so I think I gained even more lolol Sensation is only a little decreased around my chin because I had the chin tip done, and after about 3 weeks, I think almost everything has come back. Now I don’t think there’s any pain at all
