My nose currently has only the silicone removed, with an autologous costal cartilage support remaining. At some point, I started feeling that the middle of my columella was somewhat sunken? It looks like there is a slightly dark, indented area in the photo. From the side there is no problem, but from underneath it looks somewhat dark and hollow. It also feels a little bumpy when touched.. I don’t know whether the swelling has simply gone down or whether it is something like contracture It doesn’t hurt at all
