Nose Re-Surgery

Finally, my revision rhinoplasty has the line I wanted!!

I finally got the natural, slightly aquiline line I wanted after revision rhinoplasty, so I’m leaving a review haha. Before surgery, I had a short nose with a rather pointed tip, so I was always dissatisfied with the overall shape T_T. People sometimes said it looked like a contracted nose even though it wasn’t actually contracted, which was subtly stressful. I also didn’t like the height of the bridge or my nasolabial angle. For the revision, I asked for a natural aquiline line with a slight curve rather than a perfectly straight nose, while making the bridge and tip a little higher. I wanted something natural but still refined rather than overly glamorous, and that was exactly my style haha. For the revision, I had the bridge, tip, and nasolabial angle corrected together. I used autologous costal cartilage for the tip and a custom Fit-Me implant for the bridge! Now the aquiline line looks natural from the side, and I like my nasolabial angle much more than before haha. Changing just the nose made my overall image look different too, which is amazing haha. I was very worried at first because this revision used autologous costal cartilage, but it seems to have turned out in the line I wanted, so I’m satisfied now!
