Nose Re-Surgery

Nose removal surgery?

My original nose had some bridge height but was broad and flat, with a hump at the tip. Since this bothered me, I had nose surgery 5 years ago. Whether fortunately or unfortunately, when I woke up after lying down, I found that the surgery had been done completely differently from the consultation? The plan was also to raise the bridge, but they said it would look too masculine, so they did osteotomy and used septal cartilage for the tip. During recovery, I could see that my nostrils were asymmetrical, but I was told it was swelling, so I waited. But it wasn’t. From the front, the left nostril wing looked lower, and from underneath they were completely uneven.. My nostrils originally had a pretty pea-like shape Now, from the front, my nostrils are visible as if I have contracture.. To make matters worse, I had surgery to realign my nasal bones after a fracture one year ago. They were seriously broken, and I was told they might become deviated later, but perhaps because the tip is so crooked, the bridge doesn’t really bother me; After agonizing over revision surgery for a very long time, I decided against touching the bridge; I also dislike the hard foreign-body sensation, so I eventually changed direction to removal surgery. I’m just starting to look into this, so there’s a lot I don’t know. I’m posting because I’d like to hear about various removal-surgery reviews!!
