Side effects after double eyelid revision surgery.. It has not improved even after 5 years

Hello, I am someone who has been suffering for over 4 years because of double eyelid surgery. In 2018, I wanted to lower my double eyelid line, so I had double eyelid revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong. At that time, it was my third double eyelid surgery, and because only one double eyelid had developed scarring, I had revision surgery on just one side. However, even as time passed, the double eyelid line stayed red, and I also sleep with my eyes open, so my eyes are extremely dry every morning,, At first, I thought it would get better with time and waited, but when it did not improve even after several years, I went for consultations at other plastic surgery clinics as well. In the end, all I heard was that it would get better with time.... And when I went for a consultation at a dermatology clinic in Bangbae-dong that treats double eyelid scars, they said, “It seems like there are a lot of blood vessels in the area,” and recommended a vascular laser, so I received vascular laser treatment (Vbeam) multiple times, but there was no improvement.. I truly felt like I wanted to die, but I did not give up hope and kept looking into it. During that time, I heard that scars could be covered with tattoos, so I went to Myeong-dong to consult with someone who is both a board-certified plastic surgeon and a tattooist. They kindly understood how I felt, but they said this could not be covered with a tattoo,, They said that when there are many blood vessels in the area, the blood vessels need to be removed, but that it is difficult to do with a laser.
