I had posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty 10 years ago. At first, my eyes became really big exactly the way I wanted, so I was extremely satisfied, but little by little, I could feel them gradually closing back up.. A while ago, I took a close-up face photo for another cosmetic surgery, and when I saw that they had somehow reattached upward and my eyes looked even smaller than before, I was so shocked… I looked into clinics and had revision surgery… They didn’t get as big as they did after the first surgery….. They say posterior/lower canthoplasty these days doesn’t reattach, but with the old method.. where they just immediately cut open the outer corner, it seems like it always reattaches..
