When looking into hospitals for nose surgery, what should I consider the most important??? If the nose looks very different before and after, that means it was corrected excessively, right? Are there no side effects from that??? The only side effect I know about is silicone-related side effects,,,, I’m worried about silicone side effects. I want to put costal cartilage in the nasal bridge too, but does that have no side effects?? Can’t donated costal cartilage be used?
