For those who had a bulbous nose, did you have nasal drooping after removal?

Is there anyone here who regrets removing their nose implant?

It’s not because of issues like contracture or inflammation, just for psychological reasons, but I’ve seen a few posts saying people regretted removing a nose that had no problems. Could I ask what the reasons for regretting it are?
