Why removal after 6 months is better than early removal

I heard that once the scar heals, it adheres to the tissue around the cartilage, so it's easier to shape it. Is that right? If you're going to remove it anyway, don't you have to separate the cartilage from the tissue again? And the cartilage wouldn't be absorbed within just 6 months or deform into the operated-nose shape, right? Other hospitals don't recommend early removal and won't even take consultation appointments, but one hospital confidently said it would go back to the original nose shape.
