Can you take a look at my list for a third revision rhinoplasty..??

Hi?? Please, anyone, look at my list and give me your opinion.. It’s so exhausting doing all this research My first surgery was when I was 19, with an older doctor in Jongno whose hands were shaking, and he just stuck silicone in there.. (I’m 41 now, so it’s been a long time.. He’s probably gone somewhere far away by now... May he rest in peace) - Thinking back on it now, it’s so funny! They gave me a sedative pill, injected anesthesia all over my nose, and I had the surgery while fully conscious. He cut and stitched my eyes and said, “Open your eyes! They’re uneven, so we need to redo it. Close your eyes!” haha - The second time was around my mid-20s in Apgujeong Seoul. Even though the nasal tip drooped a little, there was no inflammation and it was fine. (Gore-Tex + septal cartilage) I should have stopped there I didn’t have much tissue over my nasal bridge, but my face was broad and too big, so I wanted a dramatic nasal bridge like other people, and the drooping nasal tip kept bothering me.. I went completely crazy and ended up crossing a line I never should have crossed.. Damn it.... At 30, I had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong using silicone + ear cartilage because they said they could make it dramatic, but they made my nose shockingly short, and right after surgery I got inflammation near the glabella... (As soon as the splint came off, my nose was so short that maybe they realized something was wrong, because they opened it up again 3 days later, but it was still totally ruined.. I was completely traumatized. I think that’s why the inflammation happened.) After that, I couldn’t do anything because I got pregnant.. Ugh.. Three months after the surgery.. I had inflammation, but I got medication from the OB-GYN that was safe to take and somehow held on. After giving birth, so about a year and a half later, something was protruding from the inner columella area of my nose. It was.. the cartilage they had cut from me and stacked up. Cartilage fragments!!! Every once in a while, something like a foreign body would come out from inside my nose, but I wanted to ignore it and I was scared, so I looked away. (I was in China, so it was even scarier. I would have had to fly back with my baby... damn it) Eventually, after seeing the cartilage, I came back to Korea and went to that clinic, and I didn’t care about anything anymore, I was so sick of it, so they removed the cartilage fragments and stitched it up. (I think there had been a hole inside the whole time.) So the columella area is bumpy and strange, and the left and right nose lengths are different. On top of already being a short nose, it looks even more upturned.. Still, I lived happily~~ I was already married, and there was no one I needed to impress, right? lol But recently, I’ve been hearing a lot that my under-eyes are bulging and make me look really old and tired. Even if there’s no one I need to impress, after hearing it over and over, it started getting on my nerves and annoying me.. So on the day I went for a consultation, I immediately had under-eye fat repositioning and micro-fat grafting under the eyes done~ After doing it, wow, what a sight? haha When it rains, I might drown just breathing through my nostrils. My nostrils are wide open facing forward. I think I need to have my final, 4th revision surgery of my life... I had picked about 8 clinics, then after reading reviews in a community and narrowing them down again and again, Director Hong Jin-myung at Epic OM Director Yoon Sung-won at Louvre Director Choi Jae-ho at Last I made a list of these 4. What do you think about using costal cartilage..? I’m so exhausted Even my phone is seriously burning hot...
