I had my hump smoothed down and underwent septal extension, but the foreign-body sensation, heaviness, and hardness in my nasal tip are so severe. Most of all, it's only been one month, but my nasal tip has started to deviate and cartilage show-through has appeared on the mucous membrane inside my nose. They also raised my nasal tip so extremely, honestly to an absurd degree, that it looks strange. I'm now 6 weeks post-op and want to remove it. Is removing it now very dangerous? I don't know whether it would be better to remove it quickly now or whether I have to wait until 6 months have passed. If I go for consultations at removal hospitals, can they assess whether too much septal cartilage was harvested, and whether the possibility of septal collapse would be high or not if it is removed…
