In my first surgery, they set the starting point of my nose too high, so even at a glance, the overall shape just doesn't look harmonious..? So I'm looking into getting revision surgery, but in cases like this, do they shave down the existing silicone and reuse it? Or do they take it out, redesign it, and put it back in? If they reuse the silicone that's already there, would the surgery cost be cheaper? I'm planning to visit ㄹㅅㅍ, ㅇㅇ, ㄴㅈㄹ, so if anyone has had surgery there for a case similar to mine, please let me know what they did!
