It was my first surgery and they used donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage for the septal cartilage. Since it was an upturned nose, I think they lengthened it with septal extension. Right now I have a foreign-body sensation and psychological anxiety, and the cartilage inside my nose is bending while the mucous membrane is bulging out. I think it's because of the septal extension. The hospital says it's not severe. Between the mucosal swelling and feeling short of breath, daily life is hard, though at least it looks okay from the outside. I want to have it removed, but it's only been a month and I have to wait 6 months. I heard that removing the nose after septal extension is risky, so if anyone has similar symptoms or has heard reviews, please share...
