I’m looking into clinics because I’m planning to get revision rhinoplasty this time, and it feels like I just keep adding more to my list. I’m going to visit only ㅊㄷㅇ, ㅁㅇㄷ, ㄴㅈㄹ, and ㅂㄹㄱ first. Has anyone here had closed rhinoplasty at any of these places and gotten a dramatic result with the closed approach? I heard it’s hard to make closed rhinoplasty look dramatic, but when I look at reviews, there are a lot that really captured that dramatic feel
