Before getting the procedure, I read other people’s reviews and a lot of them said it hurt, so I got a little scared... The antibiotic shot and anesthesia shot before the procedure were more tolerable than I expected, and when they injected the fat-dissolving solution, it did hurt like other reviews said, but it was a bearable pain.. Like my arms were about to burst..? At that time, to help distract me from the pain, the nurse massaged my feet, and thanks to that I felt like I could survive Since the solution contains an anesthetic ingredient, I didn’t really feel much when they extracted the fat, but there were occasional slight stinging moments here and there! But it didn’t hurt that much!! Overall, the procedure was pain I could endure! (I even dozed off a little in the middle... lol) The procedure took about 1.5 to 2 hours? I think After the procedure, I downed orange juice, got my prescribed medication, and went home! Just in case I fainted or there was an emergency, they also put a bracelet on me, and even while I was on my way home they contacted me to check if my condition was okay! Overall, the clinic staff were so, so kind! Even when I whined that I was scared before the procedure, they smiled and reassured me, kept checking my condition, and were so sweet...
After the procedure, I didn’t have dizziness or nausea or anything like that, and bruising slowly started coming up from the evening of the day after the procedure... It looked like a purple sweet potato was about to ripen very nicely, so I diligently applied the bruise cream they gave me...! Now, on day 4, it has turned much more yellowish! The bruised areas still feel slightly numb, but I can feel sensation coming back little by little, and the procedure area still hurts a bit if someone touches it.. As for swelling, I drank a lot of water and took my medicine properly, so it seems to be going down faster than I expected! I drank almost 2 liters of water a day... Even though there is still swelling, I can really feel that my arm line has changed a lot hehe I really think it was worth doing!!! Every time I see the line, I forget the pain of the procedure and think I want to do another area too..^^ I’ll work hard on my diet and cardio too so the effect can be maximized...!
