If you want to have a consultation with the director you prefer, you must make sure to specify that director when booking! I couldn’t do that, so contrary to my plan, I had a consultation with a different director, and as the clinic is known for not recommending fat grafting, I was only recommended repositioning. However, when I mentioned the adverse-effect cases I was worried about, the response was just along the lines of, “I haven’t seen those kinds of cases,” and “You seem to worry a lot.” That made it feel somewhat less trustworthy, and honestly, I didn’t get a detailed explanation of the surgical method either. They said it is a simple surgery that takes 30-40 minutes, but it didn’t particularly make me feel reassured.
