I went in thinking about deep cheek fat, but they said I didn’t have deep cheek fat, so I talked about my concerns. Then they recommended fat grafting. But I said I wanted to start with something lighter, so they told me to get filler (the director said fat grafting is better). When I went for the retouch, I also wanted to get side-cheek filler, but they said the hollow area was too wide and that fat grafting would be better. The director said fat grafting is more comfortable for them to do. The 300,000 won filler was fine because other places that design it well all charge about that much too. I’m still thinking about fat grafting. I’m worried my face will become too plump The director seems totally T-like?
