I had functional rhinoplasty plus surgery for the nasal bridge, hump nose, crooked nose, and drooping-tip nose. I used to be unable to function without rhinitis medication, but now I can live without medicine, so I'm happy. The parts I felt insecure about in terms of shape are all gone and it looks better. Now that the hump is gone, I like my side profile more than my front view. People around me also say a lot that after the nose surgery, my features became more defined and my impression changed in a good way.
