<Recent photo>Before<Before surgery>5-month review of male rhinoplasty lol Before nose surgery, the area between my nose and philtrum was sunken in so not only did my mouth look relatively protruded, but compared to my high forehead, I had no nasal bridge. I had 5 mm silicone inserted and used donated rib cartilage and septal cartilage, and now I have a nose I don’t envy anyone for.. Honestly, rather than wanting it to look obvious that I had surgery, I wanted a naturally high nose, and compared to the early stage after surgery, all the swelling has gone down so I’m satisfied because I think the nose shape came out exactly the way I wanted,, lol I went to the hospital before for an interim progress check, and the director touched my nasal tip and said the tip was getting good support, so I feel reassured!
