I had nose surgery without implants last June, and I had osteotomy + nasal tip surgery. The shape itself came out well, and although the hump is not perfectly smooth, it was shaved down well, but the one thing I am disappointed about seems to be the height. I am now considering revision surgery. It does not feel like my overall impression changed much.
