It has been one month since I had an alar lift for drooping alae, and I really think I did well getting the surgery My nostrils were really big, and when I took photos, all I could see was my nose, but after doing this, I do not even worry about my nostrils anymore I think the director really did a great job. The stitches were transparent too, and they were removed after just 3 days, so I went to work right after surgery I do not feel any pulling in my nose when making facial expressions at all, and since no separate implant was inserted, it is nice not having to worry about things like side effects!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think doing just this one procedure is enough, and I feel so good because the thing that used to stress me out was fixed so cleanly Even without doing my whole nose, it looks pretty I am actually satisfied because the change is more natural During the consultation, the nose design the director recommended matched the direction I wanted for my nose, so I liked it right away lol, but the result came out even better than I expected People with vertically long nostrils should try this once lol The nostril shape also became a pretty triangle, and now I finally have a normal nose haha
