I had been worrying for a long time because of my bulbous nose, low nose, and short nose, and this time I made up my mind and had surgery. During the preoperative consultation, I liked that the director pointed out exactly only the parts my nose needed haha I had 3 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and nostril reduction. Today is day 7, and I got my splint removed. I think they made it natural and just right for my nose! Before, when I looked at surgery reviews on apps and places like that, there were many photos of dramatic noses, so I worried about what if it turned out unnatural. But it came out natural at exactly the level I wanted, so I’m satisfied haha
