My first rhinoplasty was done without an implant. I had the hump shaved and septal extension, but only the nasal tip is way too high. Donated dermis was used between the bridge and the tip, but there’s a severe step-off between the bridge and tip, and there’s still a hump left, so I’m planning revision surgery. But because two hospitals recommended silicone, I’m suddenly debating silicone.. At the last hospital, they said the hump can grow back, so I’d need silicone for a pretty nose shape.. Except for one place, I only had consultations at hospitals that do natural to naturally glamorous styles. Now that all the consultations are over, it’s even harder.
