My nasal tip was drooping, and I wanted a defined, smooth-looking nose, so after thinking about it a lot, I got rhinoplasty!! The director said I didn’t need to use an implant, so I had septal cartilage + ear cartilage + columella correction (lowered the columella)_long nose correction. These are photos from day 7 after stitch removal. It’s still swollen, but I’m satisfied with the shape haha
They said the swelling will go down more as time passes! While removing the stitches, they explained everything kindly, so even though it was my first cosmetic surgery, I think I felt reassured getting it done! I hope the swelling goes down quickly Since it was implant-free, I felt a bit relieved about worries over inflammation or side effects! They had said my septal cartilage might not be large enough, so they used ear cartilage too, but for me, aside from my ear being a little uncomfortable when washing my hair, it was okay!!
They didn’t pack cotton inside my nose, so breathing was comfortable too!!
