Hoohoohoo, after my previous nose surgery, it suddenly became crooked and the skin at the nasal tip became tight, so I got revision nose surgery, and 5 months have passed since then. My first surgery was at a large hospital near Apgujeong Station, but I really didn’t know much when I had the surgery, so I didn’t even know there was L-shaped silicone inside. They said the reason my nasal tip felt tight was that the L-shaped silicone was slightly lifted away from the nose, pulling on the nasal tip skin and causing the tightness. For the revision nose surgery, I wanted to do it at a small clinic with a single-director practice rather than a large hospital, and while searching I had it done at D-Day Plastic Surgery. Fortunately, I think it turned out well. First of all, it’s not a crooked nose, and the nasal height is good too. The silicone was 4 mm before, but I lowered it to 3 mm. The doctor said the nasal tip skin had been under tension for too long, so we should lower it a bit. I also had nostril base reduction surgery together. The nasal tip was done with donated costal cartilage. I heard that when symptoms appeared, I thought something was strange and acted quickly, so thankfully I was able to have revision surgery without any major problems. It’s been 2 months since surgery, and the tight feeling at the nasal tip is gone. I’m really glad I had surgery at an appropriate time. If you have pain in your nose or a pulling sensation, please be sure to get a consultation. Those who have L-shaped silicone should consider revision surgery. It’s now 5 months since the revision nose surgery, and I like the shape. My first nose also developed complications after 8 years, so it’s still too early to feel completely reassured. Still, so far I’m satisfied.
