It's been 4 months since my 3-contour facial contouring surgery

Before-after-after-after Honestly, at this point, can't I consider my facial contouring basically all done? The hospital did say that minor swelling would keep going down until 6 months to 1 year, but even just with the difference I can see now, I think it's dramatic, and as you can tell from the before photo lol I really think I got a good result, to the point where I can say I'm living a new life from facial contouring alone, you know? Compared with months 1~2, the discomfort is almost gone now too, and unless I say it first, absolutely nobody can even tell that I had surgery lolololol So even this much feels successful to me, but what does everyone think? Even if the swelling goes down more anyway, it'll only get better from here, not worse lolololol I feel like I can just relax now, but I guess I can't help wanting to keep getting confirmation
