You really need to find the right hospital when getting double-jaw surgery

First, to explain my condition, I was badly injured in many places in a car accident 10 years ago, including my face, teeth, back, and legs. My face had a fracture on the right side of my jaw, and many of my teeth were broken so badly that nothing could be done... I had mandibular fracture surgery at a university hospital 10 years ago, but since only one side was treated, the asymmetry looked extremely severe. As time passed, my mouth started shifting to one side and my dental occlusion became misaligned. At some point I hated even taking photos, and I had to part my hair only toward the side with the severe asymmetry, so it was so stressful. I thought I couldn’t go on like this and decided to at least get consultations first, so I went to four famous places in Gangnam, including dental clinics and so on. A famous dental clinic that I found through YouTube, a hospital famous for facial contouring, etc. My home is far away, so it takes 2 hours to get to Gangnamㅠㅠ I went for consultations at two places at a time... First of all, my bone structure is not large. I am very small, my face is small, my facial bones are small, just everything is small. But at the famous dental clinic, they told me it wasn’t a double-jaw surgery case and that I should get contouring, even though my dentition had all collapsed downward. That felt strange, so I went to another place famous for facial contouring... I was really satisfied there. As soon as the director saw me, he said it wasn’t an easy case and told me to go somewhere specializing in double-jaw surgery, explaining everything one by one. He was conscientious and kind... If I had needed facial contouring, I definitely would have done it at this hospital, regardless of the priceㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ After that, I went to two more hospitals specializing in double-jaw surgery. I am now on day 6 after double-jaw surgery (I’ll post a review later), and when choosing a hospital, there are things you really need to research carefully and things that are absolutely important!!!! CCTV, an anesthesiologist, all of that is very important, so you’ll know if you look into it a little~~ But I think there are also doctors who only look for easy surgeries and easy patients. Patients like me, with a lot to consider, must be difficultㅋㅋ But there were doctors who suited me well and did their best for me, explaining every single thing... After the surgery, during recovery, I thought about it and realized that just because a place is famous doesn’t mean it’s all good. The dental clinic I found through YouTube was really careless. I really hope people who are considering or planning surgery research carefully before doing it. I don’t want to recommend it for cosmetic purposes. It’s such a painful and difficult surgery, so only for people who want even a little improvement or who have discomfort...ㅎㅎㅎ Everyone, stay strong..!!
