I had one-type cheekbone surgery on March 4. Before surgery, I disliked how my protruding cheekbones made my overall impression look somewhat harsh. I strongly wanted to have the kind, neat image I had imagined.
After surgery, people around me often said, “Your impression looks much softer,” and “You look kinder.” I am satisfied because I feel I have become closer to the image I wanted.
Before surgery, I disliked even looking in the mirror or taking photos because of my protruding, uneven cheekbones. Now I no longer feel stressed when I look in the mirror, and taking photos is much more comfortable than before.

The part I am most satisfied with after surgery is not only the external change but also the confidence I gained. In particular, I feel the reactions I receive from the opposite sex are clearly different from before, and as those experiences accumulated, I naturally became more confident myself.
In the past, I disliked even looking at the mirror or photos because of my cheekbones. Now I am satisfied simply because I feel much more comfortable looking at myself.
Looking back after about seven months, I do not feel the time I spent considering surgery was wasted, and I am living happily because I feel closer to the image I wanted.
