My mom is 55 this year. She was stressed about having a broad forehead, and as she got older, she was also very concerned about her cheeks and jawline sagging. She especially said her face looked long in photos and always told me to delete them lol. At first she only planned to have her forehead done, but she also wanted to fix the sagging under her jaw and neck, so she had a forehead-reduction lift and facelift/neck lift together with Dr. Yang Seong-hyeok at Hugo Plastic Surgery. I was worried because she was having two procedures at once, but she was actually quite calm, saying it would be better to do them together once she had made up her mind hehe. At first she was a little uncomfortable because of the swelling and tightness in her face. She was also very careful when washing her hair because she was worried about the incision areas. Still, after about two weeks she gradually became more comfortable, and now that it has been about a month, her facial contours look very different compared with before. With her forehead shorter, her facial proportions look better, and the improvement in the sagging under her jaw is especially noticeable. These days Mom alternates between looking at her forehead and jawline in the mirror, and it makes me laugh for no reason lol. She was told that there is still some residual swelling and that the result has not fully settled yet, but I feel rewarded for helping her research places because she is satisfied. Dr. Yang Seong-hyeok has also been carefully checking her progress, so Mom is recovering with peace of mind hehe.
