Surprisingly, the nose I had before surgery was the nose with silicone in it. I had rhinoplasty with silicone in 2022, but the tip ended up like that... From the side, my nose looked pressed down as if someone had punched it, and I was so upset about the shape of the tip that I even considered revision surgery. But when I consulted, the cost was more than I expected and not easy to afford... After my first surgery failed, I kept wondering whether the hospital I chose would really operate well and make me happy, and what I would do if it failed again. Time just passed while I hesitated... I had the surgery at VN, where my friend had also undergone surgery. I didn’t want to be fooled by brokers anymore, so I went through my friend’s recommendation. During the consultation, they said they would remove the silicone from the bridge and create the nose shape with minimal restoration, and use ear cartilage to define the tip. A CT scan showed that there was also material in the columella, so they corrected that properly as well. Now I love the shape of my tip, and no matter what angle people see me from, they tell me my nose looks beautiful and that I made the right choice. Some people thought my preoperative nose was just my natural nose and that my current nose had silicone in it lol. I suffered over my nose for four years, so I’m incredibly happy to have finally found the right clinic and feel as if I’ve been compensated.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 12 4 weeks after complete removal at [Clinic A]
After removal, it was soft (maybe because blood had collected?), but now it is hard... Will it loosen? The major swelling and bruising are gone, but I still feel like there is some subtle residual swelling and bruising.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 12 Will it look very different after removing the silicone implant?
