In my previous surgery, I used about 2 mm of silicone and only septal cartilage, but the shape looks rather straight and the nasal tip has drooped, making the midface look longer. I’m planning to remove the silicone, use ear cartilage for the resulting step, and raise the nasal tip. If my nose becomes lower after removing the silicone, will I regret it again? I wanted my nose to look a little shorter I’m wondering whether removing the silicone will make it shorter.
