After deliberating about my first nose surgery for a long time, I decided to proceed and started researching. I visited two clinics: one where a friend had surgery and was very satisfied with no problems even after about 15 years, and one I researched myself. 1. The coordinator at [Clinic A] was very kind, but the doctor did not come for over 30 minutes. The explanation of the surgical method was detailed and good, but I could not tell whether the doctor's aesthetic eye suited me. I was considering alar reduction, but the doctor neither particularly recommended nor discouraged it. I was told the director does not personally handle postoperative care such as removing cotton packing or the splint. 2. I visited [Clinic B], which had many reviews praising the director's kindness and aesthetic sense, both of which appealed to me. The director was indeed kind, and I was satisfied that I could see a 3D preview of the postoperative result. The director also checks everything during aftercare. Since my nose is low, silicone is essential, and they proceed with a customized implant. I like [Clinic B], but I am wondering whether I should research more.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewOct 12 A man with a protruding mouth: rhinoplasty review
My columella extended downward and my mouth protruded, so overall my facial impression wasn’t great. Because I looked that way, friends would sometimes ask whether I was in a bad mood even when I felt fine. Since I had low self-esteem…
