A man with a protruding mouth: rhinoplasty review

My columella extended downward and my mouth protruded, so overall my facial impression wasn’t great. At my first consultation, I knew nothing about the system and was very flustered...;; But I got the hang of it after just one experience, finished the other two consultations without regret, and ended up having surgery at the last place I consulted. The first reason I chose it was that there was no excessive recommending. Among the places I visited, only one pressured me to pay a deposit. Here, I gained trust from the relaxed attitude of not trying to hold me excessively. The second reason was that the doctor’s explanation was highly professional. Even though I’m not an expert, I could immediately tell that his explanation was professional and logical. It was easy to understand and everything progressed quickly. The third reason was the design. He designed it while considering my most concerning columella and protruding mouth. As the columella was raised, my mouth naturally appeared less protruding too. Once again, I realized that for men, the nose is the most important facial feature, and after surgery I bravely went to job interviews. I have now found a job at a place I like. I don’t think plastic surgery is simply surgery to become prettier or more handsome. For me, whose self-esteem recovered considerably after surgery, it was clearly not surgery for purely cosmetic purposes.
