I was worried that my nose looked thick overall and gave me a harsh impression because of my bulbous nose and dorsal hump. My nasal bridge was already relatively high, so I actually wanted to reduce it. I had surgery using only my own cartilage, without an implant. Since the inside of my nose was deviated, I also had rhinitis correction. It has been a month, but honestly my nose still looks big. The bridge still feels slightly uneven, and I was worried the swelling would last a long time, but it is slowly going down. The doctor at [Clinic A] said it would take some time because my skin is relatively thick, so I am waiting and watching. From the front, the bulbous appearance has decreased, and the hump line is smoother than before surgery.
