I got a consultation for nose surgery today. My nasal bridge is on the higher side, but when viewed from the front, my nasal bones are wide, so they recommended osteotomy + 1.5 mm silicone + septal cartilage for the nasal tip! I want a naturally high straight nose, and the director says it would look prettier if I put in silicone, but I feel resistant toward implants.. Looking up reviews from this clinic, I saw some no-implant cases too, but using cartilage ground into powder also looks risky! If anyone has reviews with silicone or no-implant reviews, please let me know
