Before-before/after-after review of hooked nose osteotomy + nasal tip! It was my first surgery ever and my first nose surgery, so my priorities were 1. safety and 2. natural-looking results. I really, really didn’t want to have revision surgery . . I have a long nose and my hump was on the higher side, so I thought I’d be really happy even if just the hump improved. I had so many worries that after making up my mind, I spent about a year researching online. For someone who thought about it for so long, I chose the clinic right away at my first consultation lol .
The hump was very high, so they did an osteotomy + a slight reduction, and matched the line by doing the nasal tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage. I asked them to leave a little bit of the hump, but it was smoothed out so much that it’s barely noticeable. I brought a photo of Sana as a reference, and the line came out much more naturally glamorous than I expected. Once all the swelling at the nasal tip goes down later, I think it’ll be amazing, , , I’m so excited
After the surgery, my parents liked it so much . . funny They said they want to have a family gathering soon so they can show it off I’m also taking lots of photos I used to absolutely hate taking side-profile photos, but now I can take them without thinking twice, so I’m so happy I love my face so much, ,
