They said they use silicone with donated costal cartilage. Even though my cartilage and septal cartilage are still intact, they said they would use donated costal cartilage, so.. I passed. They did point out the issues with the shape accurately. I felt that, as a doctor, they had a very good eye. But I didn’t feel comfortable with the materials they use, so I didn’t choose them. They explained cartilage tying well, but I went to 7 clinics and this was the only place that explained it to me.
