I had early complete nose implant removal

Hello~ I had early complete removal of my nose surgery materials after 20 days. The reason I decided to remove them was that the nose itself seemed to have come out naturally and well, but since I had lived my whole life with a low nose, I couldn't adjust to my suddenly changed face. The first reason was that the overall harmony did not suit me, and the second reason was that although I had not yet developed inflammation or side effects, it was stressful to keep living with the psychological anxiety of thinking, "Won't it happen someday as I go on living?" As far as I know, the surgery was done with an open approach, the implant (silicone) was removed, the ear cartilage was removed, and only the support strut was left and repositioned! (The removal was done at the hospital where I had the surgery, so it's hard for me to give detailed information!) For now, my impression after the removal is that I feel at ease, and it feels like one of the many worries I had been carrying has now been resolved. I have almost no facial swelling or bruising! It may just be because it's the first day haha. I can't see the nose shape well because of the taping, but it feels similar? to my original nose... I'm not sure yet. Now I guess I only need to worry about things like the open columella scar and the contraction period haha.. Since there had been an implant in the nasal bridge area, it feels soft and squishy, and I guess this is the area where, as time passes, the contraction period comes, scar tissue forms and then goes down, right...?
